Whitening strips, pens and kits: what to compare
Product formats can look very different while making similar promises. Compare the information behind the promise before deciding what belongs in your routine.
JayWhite · Client information guide

Start with the actual product
Record the brand, active ingredients, directions, intended user and manufacturer contact details. Check the expiry date and whether the instructions are readable. A pen is a delivery format, not a guarantee of a particular strength or result.
Ask about compatibility
Bring the packaging to your dentist if you are unsure whether a product is appropriate. Tell JayWhite about any home whitening before an appointment. Ask about the sequence of use instead of assuming strips, a pen and an in-chair session should all be combined.
Do not improvise the instructions
More frequent application or longer contact is not a sensible way to chase an advertised photo. Whitening overuse can harm gums or enamel. Follow product directions and get advice if they conflict with another product or with your existing care plan.
Compare support as well as price
Consider whether you can identify the supplier, obtain replacement instructions and ask a question about use. Keep the product details even after the box is opened. The label-reading guide below helps you build a short checklist before buying.
