Aftercare
Can you combine whitening pens, strips and salon treatments?
Two products with similar claims are not automatically designed to be used together. Build one clear plan before adding another whitening step.
JayWhite · Client information guide

Make an inventory first
List each product, its active ingredients, the last time you used it and its directions. Include pens, strips, kits and products supplied after an appointment. Take photographs of the boxes if that is easier than writing everything out.
Get the sequence clarified
Ask whether a product is intended for immediate use, later maintenance or a different purpose. Do not infer that receiving a gift pack means applying everything on the same day. A useful plan says what to use, when to use it and when to check back.
Do not increase use to catch up
Missing an application is not a reason to double the next one unless the actual instructions say so. Avoid improvising stronger mixtures or extended contact times. The aim is to follow the agreed plan, not to compete with a before-and-after image.
Keep one version of your instructions
If advice is updated, replace the old note so you are not following two versions. Ask your dentist about suitability and contact JayWhite for clarification of the supplied aftercare directions. Bring the product list to any follow-up appointment.
