Treatment prices and deposits Your deposit is 10% of the final treatment total, with a minimum of $50, and counts towards your total. Triple is $300 with a $50 deposit; Premium is $550 with a $55 deposit; Touch-up is $230 with a $50 deposit. Triple for two is $550 with a $55 deposit. Premium for two and the Wedding package start at $1,000 with a $100 deposit. Wedding extras increase the total and deposit. Your full price and remaining balance are shown before payment.
Your appointment Selecting a treatment does not reserve an appointment. An eligible appointment is confirmed after the required deposit is verified through the booking system. If your appointment needs to change, Jonathan will contact you directly. Premium includes two appointments a week apart; Jonathan manually schedules the included return visit. All times use Sydney local time.
Age and consent JayWhite’s minimum age is 14. Ages 14–17 require parental consent; clients aged 18 and over can book independently. Suitability is assessed at consultation.
Changes and cancellations Contact JayWhite on 0417 938 335 if you need to change or cancel. A change request is not confirmation of a new time. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the appointment forfeit the deposit. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are handled manually by Jonathan. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice transfers the deposit to the new appointment. Short-notice changes require Jonathan’s review. No automatic refund or credit is issued. The booking system does not automatically charge cancellation fees or issue refunds.
$25 welcome offer For a first individual Triple or Premium treatment after email opt-in and confirmation. One use per new client, linked to the confirmed email address. The discount reduces the full treatment price. The deposit is calculated from the final total, subject to the $50 minimum. Excludes touch-ups, two-person packages and other offers. No expiry has been set.
Results and suitability Results vary. Before-and-after photos show individual outcomes, not guaranteed results. Discuss sensitivity, dental concerns and suitability before treatment.
