Hi, welcome to JayWhite! I can help you explore treatments, prices and your next visit. What would you like help with?
[{"question":"How does a treatment work?","answer":"We start with your goals, sensitivity and previous whitening experience. Your appointment uses whitening gel with LED equipment, followed by a review of your result and aftercare guidance. Triple includes two 30-minute whitening sessions, with the gel removed and reapplied halfway through, plus a 15-minute consultation; Premium includes two Triple visits one week apart. Jonathan manually schedules the included return visit."},{"question":"Which treatment should I choose?","answer":"Triple is a single-visit option. Premium includes two visits a week apart, with the included return visit manually scheduled by Jonathan. Touch-up is for maintaining a previous result. If you’re unsure, arrange a free consultation before choosing."},{"question":"Will it hurt or cause sensitivity?","answer":"Sensitivity can happen with teeth whitening, and experiences vary. Tell us about existing sensitivity before your appointment. A dentist should assess ongoing pain or dental concerns before whitening. We don’t promise a pain-free result."},{"question":"How white will my teeth get?","answer":"Your starting shade, staining and individual response affect the outcome. Our gallery shows real JayWhite results, but it does not predict your result. We’ll discuss realistic expectations at your consultation."},{"question":"What about fillings, crowns or veneers?","answer":"Whitening does not change the colour of fillings, crowns or veneers. Speak with your dentist about colour matching and suitability before booking."},{"question":"Is whitening right for everyone?","answer":"Not every smile is suitable for whitening. If you have dental concerns, arrange a dental assessment first. Whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. JayWhite’s minimum age is 14. Ages 14–17 require parental consent; clients aged 18 and over can book independently."},{"question":"How much do I pay to book?","answer":"Your deposit is 10% of the final treatment total, with a minimum of $50. At the standard prices, Triple and Touch-up deposits are $50, Premium and Triple for two are $55, and Premium for two is $100. The Wedding package starts with a $100 deposit, which increases with your selected extras. The deposit comes off your total; the remaining balance is shown before payment."},{"question":"How does the welcome offer work?","answer":"The welcome offer is $25 off your first individual Triple or Premium treatment with a confirmed welcome code. It cannot be combined with a two-person package or another offer. Online sign-up and code redemption are not currently available. Contact JayWhite before booking if you would like to ask about the offer. The final total, deposit and balance must be confirmed before payment."},{"question":"Can I come with someone?","answer":"Yes—Triple for two is $550 and Premium for two is $1,000. Appointments for two need personal planning for the team, equipment and visit times. Jonathan manually schedules the included Premium return visits one week after the first visits. Contact us to arrange your plan."},{"question":"Do you offer mobile appointments?","answer":"Mobile appointments are available by enquiry across eligible Greater Western Sydney suburbs. Contact us with your suburb so we can confirm availability and pricing."},{"question":"How do I look after my smile afterwards?","answer":"Follow the personalised instructions provided at your appointment. Our aftercare page makes the key steps easy to find. Contact us if anything is unclear; seek dental advice for persistent pain or irritation."},{"question":"How long will my whitening last?","answer":"There is no fixed expiry date for a whitening result. Your starting colour, staining and habits influence how long it lasts. Ask us about maintenance based on changes in your own shade rather than automatically repeating treatment on a fixed schedule."},{"question":"What is included in the wedding aftercare pack?","answer":"The bride and groom each receive one free pack containing whitening foam, a whitening pen and enamel booster. Additional guest packs are optional at $79 each. We explain the products and help you understand the supplied directions before you start using them at home."},{"question":"Can I use the foam and whitening pen straight after treatment?","answer":"Check your personal aftercare instructions and the labels first. Ask us when to start and how to combine products; do not assume that extra whitening products will give a better result. Tell us if you experience sensitivity."},{"question":"How long should I allow for my appointment?","answer":"Allow approximately 75 minutes for an individual Triple visit: a 15-minute consultation and two 30-minute whitening sessions. Premium includes two Triple visits one week apart. Jonathan manually schedules the included return visit. Check your confirmation for the timing of appointments for two people."},{"question":"What should I do before my appointment?","answer":"Read your booking confirmation and bring any questions. Tell us about previous whitening, sensitivity, dental work and products you use at home. If you have pain or untreated dental concerns, see your dentist before whitening."},{"question":"Do I need a dental clean before whitening?","answer":"Whitening does not replace a dental check-up or professional clean. Ask your dentist whether a clean or other care is needed first, particularly if you have deposits on your teeth, bleeding gums or overdue dental care."},{"question":"When will I see my result?","answer":"We check your shade and take a before photo at the start, then compare your shade and take an after photo when the treatment is complete. Your individual response determines the change; photos and shade guides are comparisons, not a guaranteed outcome."},{"question":"Can whitening help with smoking stains?","answer":"Smoking can contribute to tooth staining. Whether whitening is appropriate depends on the staining and your dental health. We can discuss your goals, but cannot promise to remove every stain. Continuing to smoke can contribute to staining again."},{"question":"What about tetracycline stains or one unusually dark tooth?","answer":"Some discolouration has causes that need a dental assessment rather than a standard cosmetic appointment. If staining relates to medication, an injury or one tooth that has changed colour, ask your dentist to assess the cause and treatment options first."},{"question":"Does teeth whitening treat gum disease or decay?","answer":"No. Whitening is a cosmetic colour treatment, not a treatment for gum disease or tooth decay. Have these concerns assessed and treated by your dentist before considering whitening."},{"question":"How often can I whiten my teeth?","answer":"There is no single schedule that suits everyone. Tell us when you last whitened and which home products you use. Follow product directions and discuss repeat treatment rather than booking frequent sessions or combining extra products yourself."},{"question":"Can I whiten before getting crowns, veneers or other dental work?","answer":"Discuss the order and timing with your treating dentist before booking. Existing restorations do not whiten like natural teeth, and your dentist can advise on shade matching and the timing of planned work."},{"question":"Can I brush my teeth after treatment?","answer":"Follow the instructions provided at your appointment, including when to resume brushing and which products to use. Ask us before adding whitening foam, a pen or another whitening product to your routine immediately after treatment."},{"question":"Can I buy the products used for home care?","answer":"Our shop includes PureSmile whitening foam, pens, trays, care packs, enamel booster, SonicBrush and replacement heads. Check the product directions and ask us which options suit your aftercare plan. Checkout is currently in preview mode; online orders are not yet open."},{"question":"Will shop orders be delivered or available for pickup?","answer":"We are preparing Standard Shipping and Click & Collect at Quakers Hill and Greystanes. Wait for a Ready for collection confirmation and an agreed pickup time before visiting; our salons are not always staffed. Shipping charges will be shown before payment once delivery pricing is connected."},{"question":"How do I change my booking?","answer":"Contact JayWhite on 0417 938 335 to discuss a change. Changes are confirmed by the team; submitting a request does not move the appointment automatically. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the appointment forfeit the deposit. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are handled manually by Jonathan. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice transfers the deposit to the new appointment. Short-notice changes require Jonathan’s review. No automatic refund or credit is issued."},{"question":"How do I make an appointment?","answer":"Choose your salon and treatment, check available times, enter your details, then review the total, deposit and remaining balance. Ordinary eligible appointments confirm after the required deposit is verified. Jonathan manually schedules the included Premium return visit. Group and wedding packages need personal planning for capacity and visit dates. Contact JayWhite to arrange these."},{"question":"What can I eat after treatment?","answer":"Follow the personal instructions given at your appointment. Our <a href=\"/aftercare\">aftercare guide</a> explains eating and drinking after treatment. Contact us if you are unsure about your instructions."},{"question":"Where are your salons?","answer":"Quakers Hill: 3/28 Milburn Street, Quakers Hill NSW 2763\nGreystanes: 2/40 Damien Avenue, Greystanes NSW 2145"},{"question":"How can I contact JayWhite?","answer":"Call 0417 938 335 or use the contact form. For an urgent appointment change, please call."},{"question":"Can I book an appointment in this preview?","answer":"You can browse treatments in this private preview. The live appointment calendar and payments are not connected yet. Contact JayWhite to ask about arranging an appointment."}]
