Build a realistic whitening maintenance plan
Maintenance is easier when it is a small, clear plan. Separate everyday oral care, appointment-specific instructions and future cosmetic decisions.
JayWhite · Client information guide

Create three simple notes
Record your daily routine, the instructions from your latest treatment and questions for a future review. Keep dates next to any temporary instruction. That helps avoid continuing a short-term direction indefinitely because you cannot remember when it was meant to finish.
Review what is practical
Consider shift work, travel and products you reliably use. Ask for clarification if an instruction is too vague to follow. A short plan you understand is more useful than a long checklist collected from unrelated websites.
Compare consistently
If appearance changes, use your original unedited photographs and appointment notes to explain the concern. Do not set a personal pass-or-fail target based on another client’s result. The team can discuss whether a touch-up conversation is appropriate.
Keep dental care in the plan
Whitening visits do not replace dental check-ups. Ask your dentist about your own review interval and keep those bookings separate in your diary. When considering a cosmetic follow-up, explain any dental treatment or product changes since your last JayWhite appointment.
