Aftercare
Your first day after teeth whitening: a practical checklist
The easiest aftercare plan is one you understand before leaving. Put the important details in one place instead of trying to remember several verbal instructions.

Save your own instructions
Ask for the guidance relevant to your appointment, including when to use any supplied products and whether there are temporary food or drink instructions. Clarify the duration of each instruction. A generic “24-hour” or “48-hour” rule online may not be the guidance you were given.
Plan around your actual day
Mention a work shift, long drive or dinner booking if it affects how you will follow the plan. Ask practical questions before you leave: can you keep your normal routine, what should you take with you, and who should you call if something is unclear?
Keep the packaging
Do not discard the directions from a pen, foam or other product. Put them with your care notes. If the product label and appointment instructions seem different, ask for clarification rather than choosing the more intensive version.
Know your next appointment
Premium clients have a second visit a week later. Check that date and save the contact number, 0417 938 335. Dental concerns or ongoing pain need a dentist’s advice; the next cosmetic appointment is not a replacement for an assessment.
