A teeth whitening consultation checklist: what to bring and ask
A useful consultation starts with a few clear details. You do not need technical language or a chosen shade number to explain what you want to understand.

Bring your starting point
Note previous whitening, products used recently and any dental work or concerns you want to mention. Keep product photographs on your phone. Explain your goal in your own words, whether that is a subtle change, preparation for an event or simply exploring options.
Ask about the appointment itself
Find out what is included, how the team discusses comfort and what information you receive afterwards. Ask how the starting appearance is recorded. If you need a dental assessment first, clarify that before choosing a cosmetic package.
Check the practical details
Confirm the salon, visit count, total price and deposit. For Premium, check both weeks in your calendar. If you are booking for two people, ask how your shared visit is coordinated and what information each person should bring.
Leave with a clear next step
The outcome may be a booking, a further question or a dental appointment before proceeding. Write down what was agreed. You do not have to decide based on a limited-time impression or a result photo that belongs to someone else.
